What is the goal?
We will explore classical texts and practical applications for living and teaching yoga in the modern world. We'll look at a broad range of influence so that everyone can define and articulate for themselves: WHAT IS YOGA?

Meditation: Embodied, Mantra, Walking
Hands on Adjustments
Yoga as Personal Religion
Yoga off the mat
Chakras: Energy Centers and the Subtle Body
Expect deep practice, perspective shifting dialogue, communal sharing, and lots and lots of fun. Humor, inclusivity and joy are the hallmarks of Kyle's teaching. This is a training, but make it fun!!
