The trees stand bare, conserving their energy, while much of life retreats below the surface — roots resting, animals hibernating, the earth itself holding.it’s a season that invites us to slow down, to conserve, to reflect.
Winter can feel stark and cold, yet it also carries a profound beauty: the clarity of crisp air, the sparkle of frost, the silence of snow. it’s a time for gathering warmth, for turning inward, for tending to our inner worlds just as the earth tends to its hidden seeds.

This FEBRUARY, we invite you to step away from the rush of daily life and into the stillness of the mountains. Surrounded by snow-covered peaks, fresh alpine air, and the soft quiet of winter, our WINTER RETREAT in South Tyrol is an invitation to rest, reset, and reconnect.
Guided by our beloved teacher Brooklyn Reardon, you will move through daily yoga, meditation, and breathwork practices designed to nourish body and mind.
Mornings begin with grounding movement and spacious breath, afternoons open into restorative workshops, snow wanderings, and time for yourself - to rest, journal, visit the spa, or simply be. evenings are slow and gentle, with practices to release the day and prepare for deep rest.

Participants will enjoy nourishing meals crafted from local ingredients, fostering a sense of community as we gather around the dining table. Evenings will be filled with inspiring discussions and shared experiences, encouraging personal reflection and growth.
Whether you’re seeking to release the old and welcome the new, or simply craving a peaceful retreat to recharge, this experience promises to renew your spirit and leave you feeling invigorated and inspired.

Our days begin with revitalizing yoga and meditation from 08:00 to 09:30, lead by Brooklyn Reardon.
Followed by a nourishing brunch in the hotel’s tranquil restaurant from 09:45 - 11:00
12:00 - 16:00 is time for sauna, spa treatment, fully relaxing and winding down or enjoying an inspiring workshop together as group as well as guided hikes in the nature or a coffee in the lovely town of Lana, Meran or Bozen.
