ALIGN is a 20-hour advanced training for yoga teachers that combines technique with self-study, because true alignment happens both on and off the mat.

This unique and embodied approach includes an in-depth exploration of the principles of alignment in the yoga practice, looking at key postures and how to guide students intelligently and safely.
ALIGN also guides teachers through the inner work - as self study/svadhyaya - is the foundation of meaningful teaching. Teachers will develop the courage to lead from their innate wisdom and truth, and most importantly, hold space with integrity.

Each of the five modules in ALIGN will include a technical component and an inner work component. Teachers will first establish an understanding of how alignment is created in the postures, through a functional understanding and asana labs. The inner work component will help teachers to move through limiting beliefs, deepen self trust, and have the courage to make teaching personal, yet powerful.

Day 1:

1:00 - 2:00pm: Alignment based practice.
2:15-4:00pm: Module 1 (technique).
4:00 - 5:00pm: break
5:00 - 7.30pm: Module 1(inner work) & Module 2 (technique).

Day 2:

1:00 - 2:00pm: Alignment based practice.
2:15-4:00pm: Module 2 (inner work) & Module 3 (technique). 4:00 - 5:00pm: break
5:00 - 7.30pm: Module 3 (inner work) & Module 4 (technique).

Day 3:

1:00 - 2:00pm: alignment based practice.
2:15-4:00pm: Module 4 (inner work) & Module 5 (technique). 4:00 - 5:00pm: break

5:00 - 7.30pm: Module 5 (inner work) & closing circle.

Leanne has been a part of the 200 hr teaching training faculty at Original Feelings since 2023.
She has been mentoring teachers from all over the world for 10 years, using a unique combination of yoga theory and inner work, to bring teachers to their highest potential.
