This weekend is open to those who want to discover and use the gongs for themselves.

In this workshop, we play the gongs for ourselves; for our own well-being and for our own healing. No previous knowledge is necessary. The focus is on undogmatic and intuitive play.

Even experienced gong players, who are practiced in playing the gongs for others, will benefit from attending this workshop.

Playing the gongs yourself is a valuable contribution to health and quality of life. The frequencies promote so many wonderful things: inner peace, the dissolving of fears and depression, and stress. Take things into your own hands and make your own experience.

Contrary to our perception, everything is vibration: strong, soft, pleasant, oppressive. All appearances of matter and emotions are an expression of vibration. The vibrations of sound (both the audible and the inaudible sounds) have a direct and noticeable effect on our health. 

The healing sounds of the gongs are in this sense balm for our soul and medicine for our body.Relaxing, deep letting go and physical and mental refreshment are some of the beneficial effects of these magic instruments.

Kay Karl has been playing symphonic and planetary gongs in therapeutic and experimental settings for many years, so from her own long-term experience she knows how directly and positively these frequencies affect our health.

Led by internationally trained yoga teacher Steph Cusack, this 50 hour interactive program is designed to give you practical tools and guided experience in several areas of teaching — including defining your personal purpose and teaching style, correct alignment and verbal cueing, hands-on adjustments and class sequencing. All levels of experience welcome.

Kopfstand, Handstand und Co. – Umkehrhaltungen sind für viele von uns ein Mysterium. Wir hassen sie oder wir lieben sie. Selten begegnen wir ihnen neutral. Mit ein wenig Technik und viel viel spielerischer Übung können diese Haltungen allen große Freude bereiten.

In diesem Workshop werden wir Handstand, Unterarmstand und Kopfstand in ihre Bestandteile zerlegen und uns mit ihnen vertraut machen. Nur was man kennt, kann man verstehen. Wir werden Übungen ausführen, die für alle geeignet sind, egal wieviel Erfahrung und spielerisch ausprobieren.

Wenn du bereits erste oder auch viele Schritte in Umkehrhaltungen gegangen bist, wirst du hier neue Impulse bekommen, um deine Praxis zu verfeinern.

Eins werden alle sicher: die Perspektive auf Altbekanntes wechseln und Spaß an der eigenen Praxis haben.
