awake, all levels open flow
awake
all levels open flow
This practice prepares you to take on the day.
Our teachers will choose asanas that will wake up your body and mind softly as well as energize you. The flow will promote openness and you can lift yourself up, by releasing tensions. It is all about feeling your body in all of its parts. With sun salutations, strength asanas, inversions and expansive stretches you welcome your body to a blithe new day. You will feel confident, focused, fresh, ready and positive.
