safe, yin flow all levels

Safe is our approach to restorative yoga: a space to slow down, to be supported, and to gently come back into the body.

These classes are not Yin Yoga. While Yin often works with stretch and sensation, restorative practice is about release, support, and nervous system regulation.

The body is fully held through props, allowing it to soften without effort. Safe is less about doing, and more about allowing.

Each teacher brings their own perspective to this practice. Some classes are quieter and more meditative, others more guided or breath-focused, but all share the same intention: to create a space where you can rest, reset, and feel held. A practice to soften into. In a restorative yoga class, you may create mental space, which will help you feel relaxed and safe.
